Abstract:
A special device for integral plate replacement of a cement concrete runway and a construction method. A device comprises the special device for integral plate replacement of a cement concrete runway, which comprises a mobile platform vehicle, a supporting side plate, a limiting support, a hoisting cover plate, a fixed pulley, a winch, a steel cable and a steel cable anchorage device. The special device for integral plate replacement of a cement concrete runway and the construction method provided by the present invention have the following advantages: 1) the structure is simple. Only simple devices such as a mobile platform vehicle and a winch are needed, and the structure is simplified and easy to implement. 2) The construction efficiency is high. Prefabricated pavement panels can be stacked, so that the on-site construction efficiency is greatly increased. 3) The properties of a base layer at the lower part of the prefabricated pavement panels are uniform. By means of the technical solution of first laying the prefabricated pavement panels and then grouting, the engineering disease of the base layer disengaging after traditional panel replacement is overcome.
