Abstract:
A special device for measuring the center of a connecting shaft of a steam turbine, said device comprising: a main body assembly (100), comprising a gauge frame (101), a support (102), a fastener (103) on the gauge frame (101), an internal cavity (104), etc.; a measurement assembly (200), comprising a first dial indicator (201), and a second dial indicator (202); and a transmission assembly (300), comprising a moving member (301), a positioning member (304) arranged on the second dial indicator (202), and a ratchet member (302) and a rotating member (303) connected to the moving member (301). The gauge frame (101), the fastener (103), etc. are arranged so that a measurement gauge may be fixed on the gauge frame (101), facilitating measurement, and the transmission assembly (300) is arranged so that the measurement device may be suitable for use with couplings of different sizes. The gauge engagement quantity of the gauge frame is increased, the accuracy of center measurement is improved, the gauge frame is prevented from being scratched when a rotor is moving, the position of the dial indicators may be quickly switched, data of different distances is measured, and the staff workload is reduced.
