Abstract:
Disclosed is an special machine for automatically assembling screws for a grid, in which a first screw distributor, a vehicle logo screw distributor, a second screw distributor and a positioning jig (5) capable of moving back and forth in a Y-axis direction are mounted on a working table surface (2), a first automatic screwdriver (6), an automatic vehicle logo screwdriver (7) and a second automatic screwdriver (8), which are capable of moving back and forth in an X-axis direction, are mounted on a crossbeam (4), a working end of the above-mentioned screwdrivers can move back and forth in a Z-axis, so as to realize automatic feeding of screws and full automatization of screwing for the grid.
