Abstract:
A special-purpose machine tool for machining a vehicle friction plate, comprising a base (2) and a vertical column (1). A primary shaft housing (9) is connected to the vertical column (1) and is movable in a vertical direction. The primary shaft housing (9) has a primary shaft motor (10) fixedly installed thereat. A primary shaft (8) is vertically provided, and the lower end of the primary shaft (8) is fixedly connected to a blade frame (7). The blade frame (7) opens downward in a "U" shape. The blade frame (7) is disposed above a tooling (4). The blade frame (7) is fixedly connected to a blade tool (6) corresponding to a friction plate (5). The blade tool (6) is installed at an inner side of the blade frame (7). A work table (3) is connected to the base (2) and is movable in a lateral direction. When the machine tool machines a friction plate, the friction plate does not rotate, and the blade tool (6) rotates around the friction plate, and feeds along an axial line direction of the friction plate.
