Abstract:
A special-shaped cigarette channel machine and an operating method therefor, relating to the technical field of logistics equipment. The special-shaped cigarette channel machine comprises a frame (10), separators (20), first clamping devices (40), and second clamping devices (50). Multiple separators (20) are arranged on the frame (10) in parallel with each other and divide the frame (10) into multiple channels (30) for special-shaped cigarettes to pass through, and the channels (30) are inclined downward from inlets (301) to outlets (302). Each channel (30) comprises, in sequence from the inlet (301) to the outlet (302), a first cigarette carton placing area, a second cigarette carton placing area, ...an (n-1)th cigarette carton placing area, and an nth cigarette carton placing area each used for placing a column of cigarette cartons. The first clamping devices (40) are provided at the outlets of the channels, and can stop cigarette cartons from coming out of the channels. The second clamping devices (50) are provided in the (n-1)th cigarette carton placing areas of the channels, and can clamp the column of cigarette cartons in the (n-1)th cigarette carton placing areas. The special-shaped cigarette channel machine alleviates the technical problems in the prior art of impact on subsequent sorting operation due to disordered arrangement of special-shaped cigarettes easily occurring in a channel machine during conveying of the special-shaped cigarettes.
