Abstract:
A specialized machine for recycling rubber comprises a machine frame (1). An upper end surface of the machine frame (1) is provided with a positioning die (2), a linear slide rail (3) located beside the positioning die (2), and a blade holder (5) reciprocating along the linear slide rail (3). A driving motor (4) is arranged beside the linear slide rail (3) and is connected to the blade holder (5) by a lead screw. The blade holder (5) is located above the positioning die (2) and is provided with a separator blade unit. The separator blade unit is coordinated with the blade holder (5) to move horizontally along the linear slide rail (3) to separate soft TPO from hard PP. An operator takes the hard PP out of the positioning die (2) and puts the same in a collection container, thereby achieving separation and recycling of the soft TPO and the hard PP, increasing recycling of materials, reducing the scrap rate of materials, and lowering production costs.
