Abstract:
A specialized semi-automatic assembly machine comprises a base (1). A spring fixture assembly, two first fixtures, and a rotating motor (6) are arranged on an upper end surface of the base (1). The two first fixtures are respectively located on two sides of the spring fixture assembly. Each of the first fixtures comprises a first positioning block (3) and a holding cylinder (2) located beside the first positioning block (3). Upper end surfaces of the two first positioning blocks (3) define a first profile modeling positioning cavity. A first holding block (7) is mounted on a rotating end of the rotating motor (6). The first holding block (7) is provided with a holding slot (11). The invention assembles brake assemblies semi-automatically, thereby improving production efficiency and yield.
