Abstract:
Provided are a specific chimeric antigen receptor targeting NKG2DL and a CAR-T cell thereof, as well as a preparation method and the use thereof. The CAR-T cell can effectively target and attack a plurality of tumour cells, and can be used to prepare a preparation for treating tumours, in particular, a preparation for treating positive tumour cells expressing NKG2DL.
