Abstract:
Disclosed is a specific gravity sorting device capable of simultaneously sorting heavy mineral components and magnetic mineral components. The specific gravity sorting device capable of simultaneously sorting heavy mineral components and magnetic mineral components comprises a power unit comprising an electric power supply unit, a sorting unit, and a recovery unit, and is characterized in that the power unit comprises a power source for generating a rotating movement; the sorting unit comprises a mineral supply unit, a deck for sorting fine minerals, which are supplied by the mineral supply unit, into heavy mineral components and magnetic mineral components, respectively, by means of transmission of power from the power unit, multiple riffle units comprising at least one riffle formed on the surface of the deck, and a fluid supply unit for supplying a fluid to the heavy mineral components and the magnetic mineral components; the recovery unit comprises a sorted mineral recovery unit formed on one side of the deck of the sorting unit; and an electromagnet is arranged on the bottom surface of the deck, which corresponds to the front end or the rear end of the at least one riffle formed on the surface of the deck. The electromagnet may be split into multiple electromagnets exhibiting different magnetic forces in the longitudinal direction, in which the multiple electromagnets are installed.
