Abstract:
The invention relates to a cancer-specific T cell preparation method based on peripheral blood or peripheral immune organs for preventing or treating cancer. The preparation method specifically comprises: first, separating to obtain peripheral blood or immune cells of a peripheral immune organ, then co-incubating the immune cells with nanoparticles and/or micron particles loaded with cancer whole-cell antigens for a period of time, so as to activate cancer-specific T cells, then separating same to obtain the cancer-specific T cells activated by the cancer antigens, and after the cancer-specific T cells are subjected to in-vitro amplification, returning same to the body to have an anti-cancer effect. Regarding the nanoparticles or micron particles prepared in the invention, a tumor antigen component is loaded on the micron particles and/or nanoparticles for activating the cancer-specific T cells, and then, after amplification, the tumor antigen component is returned to a patient to treat cancer or prevent cancer recurrence or transfer. The cancer-specific T cells obtained by a separation method have high specificity, and after amplification, can prevent or treat cancer by killing the cancer cells.
