An operation management apparatus (100) of the present invention receives information about a departure point and a destination, and specifies a plurality of route candidates for connecting the departure point to the destination. The operation management apparatus (100) checks the storage unit storing information about the travel histories of drivers, specifies a driver that has travelled any one of the plurality of route candidates, and outputs the specified driver as a candidate.
