Abstract:
Provided are a specimen bag (200) having multiple fusion bonded joints and a manufacturing method. The surgical specimen bag (200) comprises an open end (201) capable of being opened and closed, and a bag body (202) extending from the open end (201). The open end (201) has a surrounding hem (211). The bag body (202) comprises membranes (203, 205) and a first weld seam (204). The membranes (203, 205) are welded to produce the first weld seam (204) so as to form a closed bag. The bag body (202) further comprises a second weld seam (208) formed at an inner side with respect to the first weld seam (204). An empty region (206) is arranged between the first weld seam (204) and the second weld seam (208). The first weld seam (204) comprises a weld seam formed by over-welding or a hybrid seam formed by excessive welding and standard welding. The second weld seam (208) comprises a hybrid seam formed by under-welding and standard welding. The surgical specimen bag (200) can effectively prevent the bag body (202) from breaking.
