Abstract:
Provided is a specimen collection kit that enables reducing the chances of unpleasant experiences on the part of a specimen collector during specimen collection work. In this specimen collection kit (10), a rod-like portion of a collection implement (12) that includes an attachment part (21) to which a portion of feces F is attached as a specimen (SP) is integrally and detachably held on a receiver part (14) for receiving feces (F) in a feces reception tool (11). The receiver part 14 is formed of an opaque material. Further, a receiving port (16) through which feces F is received is configured to be closeable by a tie cord (20).
