Abstract:
It is possible to reduce the number of types of blacks such as semi-finish lens blanks, save material, and reduce the machining time. According to order information sent from an order terminal (101) arranged at a spectacle shop (100) of the ordering side, a spectacle lens design device (201) arranged at a factory (200) of the manufacturing side and a lens machining device connected to it use a curve generator of NC control so as to perform blocking of appropriate semi-finish lens blanks or lens blanks so that the reference surface is inclined by a predetermined angle, form the curved shape of the curved surface of the plastic material satisfying the optical specification of the spectacle lens ordered so that a globe-shaped geographical center is located at the center of the circular lens, and machine the circular lens into the globe shape of the spectacle lens ordered, thereby obtaining a spectacle lens ordered.
