Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a spectacle lens manufacturing system with which portions that are wasted as a result of the creation of surfaces such as aspherical surfaces and globe-shape processing are eliminated or reduced, for which the management, selection, and the like of round lenses or the mold therefor is easy, and which reduces processing labor. [Solution] A spectacle lens manufacturing system 1 includes a resin material filling means 43 for filling a lens material (thermosetting resin material) into a lens mold 42. The lens mold 42 is provided with a rear lens mold 41 the front surface of which stipulates the rear surface of a spectacle lens 50. The rear lens mold 41 includes a rear lens mold base body 24. Provided is a 3D printer 18 that adds an aspherical surface adding section 35 to a front surface 24a of the rear lens mold base body 24. The front surface of the rear lens mold 41 is formed by the front surface 24a of the rear lens mold base body 24 to which the aspherical surface adding section 35 was added.
