This spectacle lens measurement device for measuring a spectacle lens comprises a light source for emitting a measurement light beam toward the spectacle lens, a transmissive display that transmits the measurement light beam from the light source and is capable of displaying an indicator pattern formed through the arrangement of a plurality of indicators, a display control means for controlling the display of the indicator pattern, a detector for detecting the measurement light beam that has passed through the spectacle lens and transmissive display, an optical characteristic acquisition means for acquiring an optical characteristic of the spectacle lens on the basis of a detection result from the detector, and a lens information acquisition means for acquiring lens information different from the spectacle lens optical characteristic on the basis of a detection result from the detector. The optical characteristic is acquired through the display of the indicator pattern, and the lens information is acquired through the omission of the display of at least a portion of the indicator pattern. This makes it possible to use a simple configuration to accurately acquire an optical characteristic and lens information for a spectacle lens.
