Abstract:
Provided is a spectacle lens having a lens substrate containing a blue light absorbent compound, and a multi-layer film containing a metal layer having a thickness of 1.0 to 10.0 nm. The blue light cut ratio is at least 35.0%, the average reflectance in the 400-500 nm wavelength band on the object-side surface as determined by measurement from the object side falls within the range of 15.00 to 25.00%. The average reflectance in the 400 to 500 nm wavelength band on the eye-side surface as determined by measurement from the object side is less than 2.00%.
