Abstract:
By providing, in addition to a spectrometer unit (7) and a spectrometer detection element (4), a further spectrometer unit (8) and spectrometer detection element (9), the disclosed spectrometer module (1) increases detection sensitivity to light over a wide range of wavelengths and to light of different wavelength ranges. Further, the disclosed spectrometer module is prevented from a size increase by providing a light-transmitting hole (4b) between a light-detecting unit (4a) and a light-detecting unit (9a), and providing a reflective unit (6) across from a region (R) of the light-absorbent substrate (2). Further, ambient light (La) is absorbed by said region (R) on the substrate (2), and even if a portion of the ambient light (La) penetrates the region (R) on the substrate (2), that portion of light is reflected back towards the region (R) by means of the reflective unit (6) provided opposite of the region (R). By this means, It is possible to suppress the occurrence of stray light caused by incident ambient light (La).
