Abstract:
A spectrometer (1A) is provided with a package (2) having a stem (4) and a cap (5), an optical unit (10A) disposed on the stem (4), and lead pins (3) penetrating the stem (4). The optical unit (10A) has a light-dispersion unit (21) for dispersing and reflecting the light that entered from a light incident part (6) on the cap (5), a light detection element (30) for detecting the light that was dispersed and that reflected from the light-dispersion unit (21), a support body (40) for supporting the light detection element (30) such that a space is formed between the light-dispersion unit (21), a protruding part (11) protruding from the support body (40), and a wire electrically connected to the light detection element (30). The protruding part (11) is disposed on a position that is away from the stem (4). The lead pins (3) are fitted into the protruding part (11) and are electrically connected to a second terminal part.
