Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention is a spectrometry device provided with: a laser light source (101); a lens (104) for concentrating the light beam from the laser light source (101) to a reference sample (120); an objective lens (106) for concentrating the light beam to a measurement sample (121), subsequent to the beam's passage through the first lens (104); a spectrometer (109) which by light beam irradiation disperses light with wavelength differing from the light beam generated at the measurement sample (121) and the reference sample (120); a detection unit (110) for detecting the light dispersed at the spectrometer (109); and a beam splitter (103) which separates the optical path of the light traveling from the reference sample (120) and the measurement sample (121) to the spectrometer (109), from the optical path of the light beam traveling from the laser light source (101) to the measurement sample (121).
