Abstract:
The spectrometry device according to the present invention measures light to be measured that is emitted from a sample, and is provided with: an integrating sphere having an inner wall surface and an attachment hole; an adapter disposed in the integrating sphere, the adapter having a guide hole for guiding the light to be measured; a plate for transmitting the light to be measured, the plate covering the guide hole from the outside of the integrating sphere and having a second surface and a first surface on which the sample is mounted; a holder having a recess in which the plate is mounted, the holder being attached to the attachment hole; and a spectroscopic detector for detecting the light to be measured. The recess includes a bottom surface facing the second surface, and a side surface for surrounding the periphery of the plate. The bottom surface and the side surface are covered by a reflecting material for reflecting the light to be measured.
