Abstract:
In the present invention, a control unit, which performs control so that the temperature of a spectrometer is constant, retains beforehand a first temperature coefficient indicating the proportion of the temperature change of a spectrometer to the temperature change of a room temperature and a second temperature coefficient indicating the proportion of the temperature change of a spectrometer to the air volume change of a blower means, uses the first temperature coefficient and the second temperature coefficient to calculate the air volume change amount of the blower means that is necessary to negate the amount that the temperature of the spectrometer differs from a prescribed constant temperature, and controls the driving of the blower means on the basis of the calculated air volume change amount.
