Abstract:
A spectrophotometer (40) provided with: a sample arrangement part (422) in which a sample to be analyzed is arranged; a detection unit (425) for detecting light emitted from a sample (422) arranged in the sample arrangement part (422) and a light source unit (411, 412) having a plurality of light sources for radiating light to the sample; a casing (41, 42) for accommodating the sample arrangement part (422), the light source unit (411, 412), and the detection unit (425); a storage unit (71) in which is stored information of a temperature set in advance for each of one to a combination of a plurality of light sources from among the plurality of light sources; a light source designation receiving unit (721) for receiving a designation relating to one to a combination of a plurality of light sources from among the plurality of light sources; a target temperature setting unit (722) for reading, from the storage unit, a temperature corresponding to a combination of light sources received by the light source designation receiving unit and setting the read temperature as the target temperature; and a temperature adjustment unit (416, 417, 426, 427, 723) for maintaining the temperature inside the casing at the target temperature.
