Abstract:

A spectroscope (1A) comprises: a package (2) having a light incidence section (6) provided therein; a plurality of lead pins (8) that pierce a support section (4) facing the light incidence section (6) in the package (2); and a spectroscopic module (3A) supported on the support section (4) inside the package (2). The spectroscopic module (3A) has: a light detection unit (20) having a light passage section (22) provided therein that causes light (L1) incident from the light incidence section (6) to pass therethrough; and a spectroscopic unit (30) fixed to the light detection unit (20) so as to be arranged on the support section (4) side relative to the light detection unit (20), and having a spectroscopic section (35) which disperses the light (L1) that has passed through the light passage section (22) and reflects same to the light detection unit (26). The lead pins (8) are fitted into a fitting section (29) provided in the light detection unit (20), and are electrically connected to the light detection section (26).
