Abstract:
The present invention is provided with light irradiation units (11a, 11b, 12, 51, 52) for scanning wavelength λ1 light for which a substance (16) has a prescribed absorbance and wavelength λ2 light for which the substance (16) has a smaller absorbance than that for wavelength λ1 in a two dimensional direction so as to irradiate a target with the light, a reception unit (17) for receiving the scattered light resulting from the reflection of the wavelength λ1 light and the wavelength λ2 light by the target, a measurement unit (18) for generating information to be used to detect the substance (16) in the target on the basis of the difference between the scattered wavelength λ1 light and the scattered wavelength λ2 light received by the reception unit (17), and an output unit (53) for outputting, on the basis of the scanning by the light irradiation units (11a, 11b, 12, 51, 52) and the information generated by the measurement unit (18), information about the existence of the substance in the target as two-dimensional-area information.
