Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to provide a technique with which it is possible to easily set a highly accurate conversion rule for measurement values among different spectroscopic color measurement devices. This spectroscopic color measurement device comprises a light source, a light reception unit, a calculation unit, a storage unit, an acquisition unit, and a conversion unit. The light reception unit disperses reflected light generated at a surface of an object in response to the irradiation of light from a light source onto said object, and measures the optical spectrum of the reflected light. The calculation unit calculates a first spectral reflectance from the optical spectrum. The storage unit stores relationship information indicating the relationship between the reflectance and the difference in reflectance for each wavelength. On the basis of the first spectral reflectance and the relationship information, the acquisition unit acquires the difference in reflectance for each wavelength between the first spectral reflectance acquired in the measurement using this spectroscopic color measurement device and a second spectral reflectance that can be acquired in a measurement using a conversion-target spectroscopic color measurement device. The conversion unit converts the first spectral reflectance into the second spectral reflectance by adding to or subtracting from the first spectral reflectance, the difference in reflectance for each wavelength acquired by the acquisition unit.
