Abstract:
A spectrum measuring device, that emits excitation light onto a sample to be measured and detects light to be measured, comprises a light source to generate the excitation light, an entry opening into which the excitation light enters, an integrating device having an exit opening from which the light to be measured exits, an accommodating portion that is disposed in the integrating device and that accommodates the sample, an input optical system to emit the excitation light onto the sample, a light detecting device to detect the light to be measured that exits from the exit opening, and an analyzing means that calculates a light absorption rate of the sample on the basis of the detection value detected by the light detecting device, wherein the area irradiated by the excitation light at an entrance location to the sample is larger than the area to be irradiated on the sample, and the analyzing means corrects the area ratio pertaining to the area irradiated by excitation light and the area to be irradiated on the sample according to the calculated light absorption rate.
