Abstract:
The present invention makes the most of an effect acquired by selecting a distribution included in a speech model on the basis of time transient information concerning a speech feature amount, and makes it possible to obtain highly accurate noise suppression even when state transition concerning a past speech feature amount is continuously and strongly affected by noises. A speech processing device (4) comprises: a storage unit (40) for storing a first speech model including time transient information representing the results of state transition concerning a speech feature amount, and a second speech model not including the time transient information; an expectation value calculation unit (60) for selecting, in accordance with a prescribed criterion, either a first speech model or a second speech model from the information represented by an input signal in which speech components and noise components are mixed, and calculating an expectation value concerning the speech components using the selected speech model and the input signal; and a noise suppression unit (81) for generating a noise suppressed speech that suppresses the noise components included in the input signal using the expectation value.
