Abstract:
A speech synthesis device specifies a harmonic amplitude distribution that is an amplitude distribution in a single band including a peak corresponding to a harmonic component for each of a plurality of the harmonic components in accordance with a target voice quality, an amplitude spectrum envelope, and a harmonic frequency designated for the harmonic component, and generates the frequency spectrum for a voice with the target voice quality on the basis of the amplitude spectrum envelope and a plurality of harmonic amplitude distributions specified for the respective plurality of the harmonic components.
