Disclosed are a speech taxi calling method and system. The speech taxi calling method comprises: obtaining speech information of a passenger; extracting destination information from the speech information; determining whether address information corresponding to the destination information is unique, and if not, generating prompt information, the prompt information being used for prompting to obtain speech supplementary information of the passenger again; obtaining the speech supplementary information of the passenger; extracting destination supplementary information from the speech supplementary information; determining unique corresponding address information according to the destination information and the destination supplementary information; and generating a taxi calling order according to the unique corresponding address information. According to the present invention, on the basis of analyzing the speech information of the passenger, when the address information extracted from the speech information is not unique, the passenger is guided to input the supplementary speech information to further determine the address information, so as to generate an accurate order, and the speech taxi calling experience of the passenger is improved.
