Abstract:
Disclosed is a speed-changing tool, comprising: a housing (10); a motor (20) provided inside the housing (10) and outputting a rotating power; a power trigger (31) for turning the motor (20) on and off; an output shaft (60); and a gear transmission mechanism (40) provided between the motor (20) and the output shaft (60) to transmit the rotating output of the motor (20) to the output shaft (60). The gear transmission mechanism comprises at least one set of gear trains (42), a gear ring (43) meshed with the gear trains (42) and a movable member (45), wherein the movable member (45) is movable between a first position and a second position, and the movable member (45) has different states relative to the housing (10) when in the first position and the second position, such that the gear transmission mechanism (40) outputs the rotation speed of the motor (20) at different reduction ratios. The speed-changing tool further comprises a driving mechanism for driving the movable member (45) to move between the two positions. When the load of the output shaft (60) reaches a pre-determined value, the driving mechanism can drive the movable member (45) to move from the first position to the second position; and the power trigger (31), when shifted from an on state to an off state, can press on the driving mechanism to drive the movable member (45) to move from the second position to the first position. The speed-changing tool can automatically and reliably shift gears and has a simple structure.
