Abstract:
A speed reducer testing apparatus, comprising a support platform (12), and a servomotor (1), input rotary encoder (5), and output angular encoder (9) arranged on the support platform (12); the servomotor (1) providing power to a speed reducer (7) to be tested; the input rotary encoder (5) being connected to the input of the speed reducer (7) to be tested, and the output of the speed reducer (7) to be tested being connected to the output angular encoder (9); the output angular encoder (9) having an accuracy of ±1 arcsec, and the input rotary encoder (5) having an accuracy of not more than ±n arcsec, n being the minimum reduction ratio of the speed reducer (7) to be tested. Arranging at the output of the speed reducer (7) to be tested an output angular encoder (9) having an accuracy of up to ±1 arcsec guarantees the angle measurement accuracy thereof. Furthermore, selecting, according to the specific application environment of the input and output of the speed reducer (7) to be tested, a reasonable angle measurement device not only ensures angle measurement accuracy, but also reduces the costs of speed reduction testing equipment.
