Abstract:
A speed reduction box for turbine fracturing. The overall structure of the speed reduction box is compact, and the speed reduction box has a small volume, is lightweight and has a large transmission ratio. Power is inputted by a small-end gear (21) of a sun gear shaft (2), and speed reduction and torque increase are performed by means of the meshing between large-end gears (16, 17) of the sun gear shaft (2) and planet gears (11). Power is outputted by means of planet carriers (9). The size and quantity of gears are reduced by using the structure of a planetary gear set, and the speed reduction box is more suitable for turbine engine speed reduction requirements. The effect of convenient maintenance may be achieved by opening a cover plate (5) by means of an observation hole. By means of the cooperative use of a brake apparatus (6) and a brake pad (20), it is possible to immediately stop the operation of a device in case of emergency, thereby protecting the device as well as personal safety.
