This speed reduction device 1 comprises an oil seal 50, a vibration generator shaft 10 and a second internally toothed gear member 32 that slide against the oil seal 50, and a pressing force adjustment part 60 that adjusts the force with which the oil seal 50 is pressed against the sliding parts of the vibration generator shaft 10 and the second internally toothed gear member 32.
