Abstract:
This spherical band seal (35) is used in an exhaust pipe coupling, and is provided with: a spherical band base (33) defined by a cylindrical inner surface (29), a partially convex spherical surface (30), and annular end surfaces (31, 32) at the large-diameter and the small-diameter end of the partially convex spherical surface (30); and an outer layer (34) integrally formed on the partially convex spherical surface (30) of the spherical band base (33).
