Abstract:

Spherical belt-like seal body (28) comprising spherical belt-like base (27) defined by cylindrical inner surface (23), partial convex spherical outer surface (24) and ring-shaped end faces (25)(26) respectively on the large diameter side and small diameter side of the partial convex spherical outer surface (24), and comprising expandable ring-like coating layer (29) integrally formed on the cylindrical inner surface (23) of the spherical belt-like base (27), wherein the coating layer (29) consists of a mixture of acid treated graphite and wax.
