Abstract:
According to the present invention, a spherical silver powder in which particle interiors have an enclosed space is produced by mixing a reducing agent-containing solution containing an aldehyde as a reducing agent while also generating cavitation by insonifying an aqueous reaction system containing silver ions with ultrasonic waves, to reduce and precipitate out silver particles, and then subjecting the silver particles to solid/liquid separation, washing, and then drying.
