This spin current magnetization rotating element is provided with a first ferromagnetic metal layer and spin-orbit torque wiring. The spin-orbit torque wiring has a laminated structure comprising alternating spin conducting layers and interface spin generating layers, and one of the interface spin conducting layers is closest to the first ferromagnetic metal layer.
