Abstract:
A spin-molding method comprising: a step for preparing a plate material (1) having a ring-shaped protrusion (13), which follows an outer peripheral edge, formed on a back surface (2), the plate material having a ratio of 0.7 or less between the thickness of the back surface at a reference position (20), where a portion facing the tip end of the protrusion is at least 45 degrees, and the thickness at the tip end of the protrusion; a step for rotating the plate material; a step for pressing a machining tool against a surface of the rotating plate member while moving the machining tool outward in the radial direction such that the machining tool moves from the inside of the protrusion to the upper part of the protrusion; and a step for locally heating the portion of the plate material pressed by the machining tool.
