Abstract:
This spin orbit torque-type magnetization rotation element is provided with: a spin orbit torque line extending in a first direction; and a first ferromagnetic layer laminated on one surface of the spin orbit torque line, wherein: the spin orbit torque line has a first line and a second line from the first ferromagnetic layer; the first line and the second line are both formed of metal; and the temperature dependency of the resistivity of the first line is greater than that of the second line, at least within the temperature range of -40ºC to 100ºC.
