Abstract:
The present invention relates to exercise equipment for spinal correction. The exercise equipment for spinal correction according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a central groove accommodating spinous processes of the spine; and a spinal support portion having a spinal laxity ridge formed in a transverse direction to the central groove, wherein an axis rotation protrusion functioning as a rotation axis is formed on the bottom surface of the spinal support portion.
