Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is spinal muscle exercise equipment for spinal rehabilitation and correction. The spinal muscle exercise equipment for spinal rehabilitation and correction according to the present invention is configured such that a thoracic vertebrae bed supporting the thoracic vertebrae is rotated right and left at a predetermined angle in conjunction with a lower extremity exercise using a stepper mechanism and an arm exercise using a handle in a state in which the pelvis and the thoracic vertebrae of the body are fixed, and a user repeatedly rotates the thoracic vertebra right and left at a predetermined angle only by means of an exercise of naturally crossing the arms and legs by a straight movement, such that the erector spine muscle of the spine can be relaxed by the rotation, and also muscle strength improvement and the effect caused by stretching can be expected as a traction force is applied to a lumbar bed away from the pelvis.
