The turbine blades (9) of the spindle device are provided with a front surface (21) that faces towards the front of the direction of rotation, and a back surface (22) that faces towards the back and is struck by the gas. The back surface (22) is a concave cylindrical surface with a radius of curvature (R1). The front surface (21) is a surface in which a convex cylindrical surface (21b) having a radius of curvature (R3) that is smaller than (R1) is disposed between and is smoothly continuous with a convex cylindrical surface (21a) having a radius of curvature (R2) that is larger than (R1) and a planar surface (21c). Of the three surfaces configuring the front surface (21), the convex cylindrical surface (21a) is disposed on the inlet side of the flow path with the convex cylindrical surface (21b) therebetween. The planar surface (21c) is disposed on the outlet side of the flow path. The space between the front surface (21) and the back surface (22) of adjacent turbine blades (9) that face each other configures the gas flow path. Gas sprayed from a nozzle (10) flows in from the inlet (31) of the flow path, flows along the direction of the arc-shaped curve of the concave cylindrical surface, and flows out from the outlet (32).
