Abstract:
Disclosed is a spinner mechanism of an iron roughneck. The mechanism is provided with two groups of quadratic crank mechanism in parallel to ensure the motion posture of the spinner mechanism. Two guide draw-bar assemblies (17) of the mechanism, which are connected with each other in a hinged manner, are mounted on a fixing crossbeam base (6) by means of a guide sliding slot and the two guide draw-bar assemblies (17) synchronously move forward and backward along the guide sliding slot, so as to realize spinner supporting bases (2) on two sides driving a spinner roller (22) to synchronously clamp a drill rod. The spinner mechanism has high motion synchronization and a reliable clamping force. The mechanism adjusts an initial position of spinner tongs by means of an adjustment screw rod (18). During a working procedure, the mechanism depends on the spinner supporting bases (2) to release the freedom to oscillate and can automatically adjust the its own posture to clamp drill rods of different diameters, and can fit with the offset in the longitudinal position generated by the drill rod in a symmetrical plane, and when there is only one guide draw-bar assembly remaining, the spinner mechanism can automatically fit with the offset in the transverse direction of the drill rod. An oil cylinder (8) of the mechanism that can float up and down is mounted between a spinner vertical post (11) and a recessed holder (10) and can adjust the distance floated up and down.
