Abstract:
A spinning and bending die assembly for an H-shaped housing of a silicone fluid damper. The die assembly comprises an upper die (1), a lower die (2), a first spinning roller tool (3), and a second spinning roller tool (4) mounted on a spinning machine. The upper and lower dies are mounted on a rotating shaft of the spinning machine. A circular blank (5) for manufacturing an H-shaped housing of a silicone fluid damper is placed on the lower die, and pressed by means of the upper die. The first and second spinning roller tools are mounted on roller tool frames of the spinning machine, and are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the upper and lower dies. Axes of the first and second spinning roller tools form a 45-degree included angle with a central line of the upper and lower dies. By symmetrically arranging the two spinning roller tools on the two sides of the dies, the present invention enables uniform force application on two sides during spinning operation, thus improving stability, preventing metal workpiece instability caused by uneven loading, and improving quality of a workpiece.
