Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a spinning device capable of making the wall thickness, tensile strength and fatigue strength of a machined article uniform.
[Solution] A spinning device 1 which gradually causes a machined part of a cylindrical workpiece W to diametrically contract is provided with a holding mechanism 10 for holding the workpiece W, a heating mechanism 60 for heating the machined part of the workpiece W, and a forming roller 11 which is pressed against the machined part of the workpiece W, wherein the heating mechanism 60 has a configuration in which a heating unit 62b is shaped in such a way as to correspond to a deformed intermediate shape of the machined part of the workpiece W.
