Abstract:
In a spinning forming device (1), a region to be deformed (92) of a plate material (9) is pressed by a working tool (10) and locally heated by a heater (4, 5) for performing induction heating while the plate material is being rotated by a rotating shaft (21). The heater incudes a double arc-shaped coil part, and is inclined in a direction from the rotating shaft to the working tool by an inclination unit (7). A measuring instrument (8) measures the distance from the coil part to an outer peripheral side original shape part (93) of the plate material at a plurality of measurement points distributed in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft. A control unit controls the inclination unit (7) on the basis of the result of the measurement by the measuring instrument such that the angular difference between the coil part and the outer peripheral side original shape part becomes a predetermined angle or less.
