Abstract:
A spinning machine (1) is provided with: a spinning device (7); a winding device (13) for winding yarn (Y) generated by the spinning device to form packages P; a yarn-splicing device (26) for splicing the yarn; a first capturing-guiding device (27) capable of moving to a first yarn-capturing position (P12) and a first yarn-guiding position (P13); a second capturing-guiding device (28) capable of moving to a second yarn-capturing position (P22) and a second yarn-guiding position (P23); a first drive unit (40) for moving the first capturing-guiding device; a second drive unit (42) for moving the second capturing-guiding device; and a control unit (15) for controlling the first capturing-guiding device so that when the first capturing-guiding device contacts another object while moving to the first yarn-capturing position, the control unit 15 continues the movement of the first capturing-guiding device to the first yarn-capturing position.
