Abstract:
A spinning solution composition from which there can be obtained a regenerated
silk fiber that exhibits a strength and elongation being close to those of natural
silk fiber, being rapidly degradable in vivo, and that can be caused to have the
capabilities of sustained drug release and inflammation prevention; a process
for producing a regenerated silk fiber with the use of the composition; and a regenerated
silk fiber produced by the process.
