Abstract:
Provided are a spinosad heterologous expression strain construction method, a spinosad heterologous expression strain obtained by the method and use thereof in preparing the spinosad heterologous expression strain. The method utilizes a plurality of homology recombination, replaces a saccharopolyspora erythraea erythromycin synthetic gene cluster with a spinosad synthetic gene cluster and a rhamnose synthetic gene cluster, such that the saccharopolyspora erythraea expresses the spinosad.
